M3 Has a condition for which the potential demand on health or social services is not sufficient to exclude admission, but which risk should be considered in relation to other personal and social criteria.

Thanks hd2k for your quick reply. I found the same, but i am little concerned about the actual action will be execution by CIC regarding the medical condition. I hope that this means medical passed.

I have also another question, please. My son's nationality is mentioned wrongly. He is Palestinaian, his mother is Jordanian and they mentioned his nationality as Jordanian, shall i contact them to rectify this issue or no need. the BFWD date is 17 June 2011, I hope I will receive something by then.

Hi ARJignesh,
You can go to any Empost Passport and visa services offices
there you can apply and they would keep you passport with them and you would get back the passport and PCC by post.
I think it takes 21 days or so ( I do not remember the days though i applied through Empost).
Hope it helps

Hi all,

Got some specific questions for Dubai:

1) What if one of the companies worked for cannot provide a reference letter (acting MD when I was working there is now based elsewhere and the local office doesn't have signatories)?
2) Is it a must to have the contracts notarised? Where do I get it done in the UAE?

Thank you,

Vishal

Dear arjignesh,
Earlier empost was the authorised agent for all passport n visa related things but now you have to go to BLS. they will give you two forms for each applicant. U hv to fill it and go back to them along with your original PP, photos and the fees, they will take a pic there also, and kkep ur pp with them, they will give you exact time also that when u will recieve it back ..... but i suppose you might get it back prior to that time line ......in my case they said it will take 21 days they return me back each n everything in 10 days time ...

Hope it helps.......You can find the forms on indian consulate site also.......

Hi, you should inform CHC about their typing mistake. All the details should match exactly with the passport.

Hi, if you dont get any letter from them, then how can you prove that you actually worked for that firm. And was performing the job responsibilities required by the CHC.

And further if you are not sending your original contract , then you have to send a notarized copy. There is a  Canadian registered lawyer (ilsgroup dot com tel: 043554646), located in Canada Consulate Building in Bur Dubai, you can get your contract copy notarized by him.

All the best.
