Question is for who landed OR Official information. Can we take United States Dollar instead Canadian Dollar at the time of landing. Now a days C$ is more expensive then US$ specially which you change 20,000 +

Hi buddy these kind of errors will come once in a while, one guy in UK who submit his passport direct in CHC london has same experiance of urs and he got back his passport on 82 nd day. so relax things wil be ok  God bless Biju Hi guys, Received below reply for London CHC... We regret that due to an error on our part, we have yet to conclude background checks and therefore cannot issue visas until these are complete.
We have expedited these checks and hope to have them concluded within 4-6 weeks.
We can either hold your passports until this time, or return them to you in the meantime. Please advise.So guys, we can never predict anything until the passport is back with Maple leaf. Just need your kind prayers... Cheers... |

Yes buddy u can carry USD. but u need to have the same amount whic thy have specified as per number of members landing ie all. if ur plan is to land and come back , carry TC in USD rgds biju Hi to All,

hi Shanks78 ur option of making ur wife and kid stay back is not bad, sure she can submit the photos. secondly u can apply for The Travel Document - Permanent Resident Abroad program issues temporary travel documents to permanent residents of Canada abroad who do not have a permanent resident card (PR Card). Now as per different people's opinion - its taking 40-55 days to get PR card delivered in toronto lastly think possitive - thy wont ask ur picture again Biju Dear Qorax/ Biju Good Day we are currently planning to travel but are unable to decide the timeline. First option is me and my family both return in 15 days. Suppose if the authorities call back for any clarity required on the photograph, is it possible to re apply for temporary travel permit and go back. There is also an option that my wife and kid stay back and if any issues arise in my photo, can my wife go and submit the photo. What are the current practical time lines for delivery of PR cards. Pls. advise Rgds Shanks78

hi cancan08 the best way is to transfer the money from philippines to UAE and take a DD from Al Fardhan Exchange, rgd USD DD , some guys have taken USD cash as landing money with some CAD and didnt faced any issues, but there is always a small risk Biju |

Hi friends! There is a positive News! Have just now viewed my online e-case status and thank God the error* { withdrawn} in it has been removed and hopefully the current status 'IN PROCESS' will be visible shortly. Currently am waiting for the Medicals (the stipulated 8 months will end on 25th Feb). Am pleased to be thus relieved of the tension dangling on my head since July 2010.The only consolation that was pacifying, was the 2nd AOR after the withdrawn status. Extremely helpful was the advise of dear friends Captain, Biju Bhai, Suresh Bhai and others......  *courtesy my CONSultant who apparently delayed forwarding my file which perhaps crossed the 120 deadline. So guys, if you can, stay away from those Sharks!  Cheers!  Best Wishes, Bestpal |

Dear Captain,Biju Bro & all
Two things:
1) when I submitted my application to CIC Nova Scotia I didnt mention PO BOx in my mailing address.I got 1st AOR on 30th Sept and then i submitted full docsto ND VO -with cover letter mentioning new adress with adding PO box only.I also applied online in ECAS "address change " link before 15 days but still in the ECAS adress it is showing adress without PO Box in it.My worrry is when it will be updated/ I've mentioned adrees change in new docs as well as with separate cover letter too.
2)I am always wondering why most of the Indians who are staying now in UAE have decided VO london as their VO inspite of the known fact that London is much slower than ND.Just anxious to know..
