Thanks Qorax for your valuable advices. There is one more thing i want your opinion on
I went to Indian embassy in Tashkent and got the birth registration for our daughter. As per the consulate we can get pps for our daughter in 3 weeks here in Uzbekistan (bcoz we have all the documents like PIO for my wife etc.)
The problem is if i get my daughter indian pps she will have problem to get visa for Uzbekistan like i do. before getting PR for canada if we will have situation where i have leave them for few weeks or months i would like my wife and daughter to b in Uzbekistan. That is why we r thinking to put her name on my wife's pps (then she does'nt need visa for Uzbekistan). However if we add her name to my wife's pps we will not b able to get indian pps for her (only one will b allowed).  In order to get indian pps we have remove her her name from wife's pps. we can do this within 1 yr of her birth.
Can canada immigration will be satisfied with this as i really dont want to take chance with my daughter and our application.
Can you plz advice us.

Hello Qorax
Please advise what should be on the "Non issuance of passport letter" as it is very difficult to get things done in Uzbekistan. What if i am in Uzbekistan i have to visit the passport authority to get NOC and then visit the Indian consulate to issue the passport. Is'nt??? There is no way that the child gets the Uzbek passport and then be on maother's PIO card to visit India anythime. This is bcoz visit visa for Uzbekistan is pain in .... even i am married to their national. Or i have no choice than to get Indian paasport for our daughter???

Hi there,

We got our medicals done in the first week of August and the reports were received by CIC London within a week of the tests. Until now we have not heard from CIC for PPR....what should we do now? Wait further or write to them requesting an update? Moreover, the CIC people have always been mixing up my addresses....that is, they had sent correspondences to my KSA address from which i have moved and am currently in Dubai. It would be a lot better to receive an e-mail from them for PPR!

Dear all in Dubai,
Is the work contract from UAE need notarization? as you know we all in Dubai have only a copy from that contact. I handeled that copy to the notary puplic, but he said it doesn't need notarization since it is in both Arabic and English languages.
What did you do?

Hi Goal7354

we are here to help you as far as we can ,,,, u can either post in the thread of send in PM ....
Notorising its always better to do it in INDIA (ur home country) here its quite expensive. Cv u can do as normal ,,, but be sure tht you give a vvvvv detailed job discription  which will match with the NOC 1122

Good luck always Buddy  Cheesy

Hi genius

the waiting time after med can be from 60-100 days so don't worry its on its way. BUT be sure tht ur mail address is correct, if u have moved from KSA , you SHOULD have 100% informed CHC regd the change of address. have you done tht? if not do tht plzz.
