Hi, I am an Indian National from UAE.
After a long wait since september,2009 after medicals i received my passport request on 6th July,2010 posted at London CHC on 3rd June,2010. I have posted all our passports on 11th of July,2010 and reached in CHC london on 13th July,2010. On 26th July my status changed from "IN PROGRESS" to "DECISION MADE". My medicals will expire by september 9th. I have to book my tickets still i am waiting for my passports.how long it takes.. anybody with similar experience please respond..

congrats!!! ur application is so fast!!!! we also send are documents last sept 2009 but still were waiting for 2nd aor. my ecas still "received by visa office" |

hi athan you should have send all this supportings whn u send the full set of documents,,,, now check in ur ecase status if its showing ur application is reveiwed and start processing means thy will send u a letter asking for this additional documents. if not need to take fasssstttttt action to get a positive reply from VO..............Good luck |

hi Srinivas CONGRATS...............  after receiving passports by VO london it takes 20-30 days to get it back. coz as i know it comes through Abudhabi Embassy by TO PAY courier ...... so soon u will get .....let the party rollllllll |

Hai All,
My E cas shows Visa Office Eligibility reveiw Complete. ( changed on 23rd June ) I got my CAIPs notes ..which shows PSDEC2 (which means Rejection ). I checked with my consltnt ..and till this date ( now more than one month ) they havn't rcvd the rejctn. letter..It seems like they have rejected me b cos of my job docmntation. (seems like they are not satsfd with my job responsblts ) .
Now for a try.... i am planning to send some additional documnts for my job expereince . Previously i did't submitted any expernce or refrnce letter for currnt job or prvs jobs. ( which my consltnt, didn't asked frm me, as those idiots were keep on telling me that, my offer letter contract copy and updated payslips are enough for the process )
Might be my rejctn letter is on the way.; still i am gonna send all detailed docmnts again before the reconsideration.
Can anybody help me for the further documentation. I am an accountant ( just having B Com ) with 8 years overall experience..( worked for 2 companies here in Dubai ) What kind of documents will help me to get out of this situation....? Please advice .....

hi JM you should have send an Employment Certificate showing your date of joining ,position and a detailed job discriptions(duties and respondiblilities),its needed from all your previous employers as well. That might be the reason you face prob. anyways now u try to send .......Good luck ,,,,God bless u |

At last i have received my passports today 4th august,2010 at 2.PM.
1. my application started process on 26th march,2006
2. Medicals submitted on 9th September,2009
3. Passports request dated in London CHC on 3rd June,2010
4. Received in UAE on 6th July,2010.
5. Passports posted to london CHC from UAE on 11th July,2010
6. Reached to London CHC on 13th JUly, 2010 from UAE through Emirates Ecpress post
7. E-Cas changed from "IN PROGRESS" To "DECISION MADE" on 25th July,2010
8. Passports received with visa stamping on 4th August,2010.
9. Landing in Toranto on 25th August,2010.
i am very happy .. i am successful .. see you all in Canada to welcome you there...

it takes mini one month to process the visa you should receive it by mid of Aug 2010. Then you have time to book yourself and travel to Canada so be patience. Hi, I am an Indian National from UAE.

hi. I applied in oct 2007. Got file number in Jan 2008. Could someone advice me how long its gonna take more till I have to wait for requirement letter, medical and total how much time it will take to complete the process. I really appreciate if someone will answer this.
