i was reading in one of your replies that u have to submit even all your expired passports for PPR.
But i havent found mention of this in any of the info provided by CHC or CIC.
Do advise if its really necesarry requirement and where its mentioned.

Yes u r right that it is not mentioned intheir letter but consultants suggest to send all pps.

So that's why i also did same

But as it is not written in PPR so i think is mandatory not necessary

It's Not Mandatory in all cases.
U only need to send those pps which r mentioned in your application.

Eg.: U started your apps with pp-A. During the case processing it expired & u acquired a new one, pp-B. Now, during your PPR sending u need to send both, pp-A & pp-B to your CHC.

It's high time that we start our 'own thread', like others are doing here !!!

I request all to post your timlines here and get connected. Firstly, it will sail us thru on this long agonising waiting period. Secondly, thru networking we can help each other on info sharing and act as morale boosters. Thirdly, we'll expand our 'Friends-Circle', both here as well as post landing.

Quite a few of us, in Dubai, are already in touch with each other. Some are thru, some just applied, while some are waiting for our PPRs. Let's expand the network... what do you say buddies ?

I have already applied for PR(docs received on 9th MAy 2010) waiting for the file number. I have worked in Dubai for 4 years but now i m back home in India. I am in Dubai for 2 weeks and would like to get PCC issued required for 2nd stage. i Have my finger print attested as required by Dubai Police and aslo attested by UAE Embassy in India.Can you please advise if it is possible and if it is then how many days it will take? i m flying back on 9th July.

The new rule is effective for apps recd at the CIO on or after 26-6-2010.

U get the Dubai PCC in 7-10 days after applying.

Yup i got mine from Sharjah in 3 days after they accepted my application and forms. But convincing them to accept my application was a whole different story that took 3 months......

Hello Friends in Dubai Forum
I want your suggestion that i applied in Nov 2007 and still waiting for updates. My point score is 71. I applied in Biology Teacher Code 4141. Now too much time is over. Should i wait more or apply again in fast track system. 
I am teacher in AlAin Pakistani School and need your valuable views.
