Can you please help me in Regard that my wife is a Principal Applicant although we already sent our full documents but due to some reason my wife want to leave her present company. Is it effect our Immigration process?
No it will not affect ur application If she change job, she can provide docs of new job Thanks |

Folks,
iam submitted my application to london on dec'06, received OR on mar'7. received final submission of request from london on Feb09 and submitted on May09. additional documents requested on Jan2010 & submiteed on Feb 2010. recentlt (Jun2010) i am received a letter ask to pay RPRF, Latest PCC & 2 photographs with in three months. .... any idea is it a positive sign... how long it will take? NOT YET RECEIVED MEDICAL REQUEST.......

Yes it is very positive, send the RPRF, new PCC, and recent photos, then expect your medicals soon after the submission of these requested docs.. |

CIC needs your IELTS results once*. If u have already submitted it to your CHC u don't need any further action. If u haven't, send it asap. *U may take the IELTS again & if u have obtained a better score (& would like to update your records, for points purpose), u may send it's results once more. But, is u r Ok with the previous scoring, u do not need to send a new one. |

Thanks for your mail. Here i want to clear that i applied through simplified application process in Nov. 2007 and still no updation letter. But few days before i send them my copy of IELTS in London Office. Can i submit its original in london offics without update letter because it will wxpire next month. Kindly give some guidance. I applied personally.

finally my brother got his PPR today, the doctor, thanks ather8888 qorax and all
am so happy for him...After sending the documents I think officer satisfied with that thank god, now is my turn am waiting my positive AEO since 15feb 2010 hope it's come soon, so then I can
Expect my medical in 2 or 3 months , my application is pending only because of AEO approval I wish chc waits some more time...
