With the help of valuable members and this forum my application has reached the final stage... thanks...

On Monday my e-cas status changed to "Decision Made" now waiting for passports with Visa stamped inshalah... any idea how many more days will it take to receive passprt in Abu Dhabi...

Nope, not yet received anything....I know they were about five of us on this forum who had an interview in the first two weeks of March....any updates from anyone?

That makes 2 of us. Neither did I... only the Dubai Residence visa.

Guys, are you saying that attestation is only required if the original document is not in English?
I am really surprised to see that this fact has not been put officially & my agent insists that I get all my documents (all are in English) attested.

i  have paid to my agent 2,000/- dhs for attestation... Sad Sad


aed 50/- per paper  Sad

i think mine was the worst agent . as K2 said they told me that it is complsry.

HI AUH process
i had sent an email to CHC London two weeks back and asked them about current status of my application. they replied like " We are awaiting for the results of back ground checks and will communicate you if they are complete.

Probably, your agents did not do it either & just charged u. Did u obtain a copy of the ones attested?

Hi Qorax,

Many forum members who hv already landed have posted that at the point of entry the common question which is asked is "where are you going to stay in canada".
Tell me in this case how is one going to obtain an address before one lands there.I have obtained the post landing facilities from my consultant.
Pls respond,in both the scenarios what one has to do - where one has a post landing facility and where one goes and lands on his own.
