I hope that's the case...! I dont know but will ordering of caips do any good? You know i would be more than happy if thats the case,
I hope you have noted my Ecas status mentioned here in this forum couple of days back.
Moreover yesterday i found out that the DD (Application fee for Accompanying family members) which i have sent on Dec 2010 along with my response for their ADR is not yet been encashed, I wonder how come they have sent me the 2nd ADR with out emcashing the DD.
Its appears so strange to me , My Ecas status, the Refusal letter file Number and also the DD not being encashed.

Getting the caips would take another month...But i think its a refusal.....Just they have made it so curious ha ha ha . Would be writing to the VO....I would let you guys know of the outcome... |

My case has rejected bcoz I applied under 213 computer managers.
I am in coordination with Canadian company and they are applying for labor market opinion for me in IT field.
My question
does my immigration rejection would have any impact on my work visa after LMO?
Moreover if you have LMO from good employer from Canada do they still reject your work permit?
How much time it usually takes for work permit ?
Seniors pls need help

After DM status, herat is just bleeding, but this is life and have to go on....although its total unfair by LVO to reject applicants on lame excuses....
I just have couple of questions:
1. Which Courier Service is being used by London VO for returning the Documents in Abu Dhabi / Dubai?
2. Will they return the whole package or only the originals?
3. Will they return my experience letters (employer reference letters) as I sent them the originals and I had only 1 copy. It will be hell to get a new copy from all my employers again?
Please advise.

Hi Navali, I know what you will be going through..... we are in the same situation........ did you send them letter for reconsidering the case??? When u get refusal letter??? Try to send them letter that please reconsider your case because u feel that you are a genuine applicant and if u could provide them more evidence strengthening your case do send them like a new job change with stronger portfolio or if there is any previous record which you was not able to give!! We received a rejection too! but we decided to re-apply this July 2012 on our own.
We believe that using a consultant is not a good idea as they are not transparent to us.
We badly need some help from you guys
