Relax ! If you have that sentence in your E-cas status..then they are processing your file.You might soon get a letter to wait for another 6-12 months or MR.They would have to request you the new PCC and other updates and if they have any problem with your POF, they would request you to update that again.
They would never reject your file just for a few CAD shortage.But be prepared to provide them the new POF with sufficient funds and to show them that you had this money with you for past few months.

It'd be pretty difficult. Canadian employers, usually, do not hire ppl from overseas.
NOTE: There r consultants who'd say otherwise & charge u a bomb, however they, usually, r scamsters... BEWARE!

You are right . The VO's are supposed to finish the review of the M1 files by June 2012.

Yes you would get 15 points...
If you have enough time and patience, you might not need a consultant,with the help of the seniors in here you probably could manage the show by yourself.
But if you are a personwho works on his toes , then you better have someone represent you in CIC.
Well regarding the Consultants in Abudhabi, I guess you should wait for the suggestions by other members as well..But please be carefull in selecting them..Coz they are the ones who can make or break your Dream of the Maple Leaf.
In Middle east , i have heard much positive review about Ferraire & Koach Consultants.. Well its just my opinion.Please take some time before deciding on any consultant.Look in all directions to get any info regarding them..
I hope you are already aware of a few BIG consultants from whom our members had some real bad experiences...

While ur PR is under process it'd be tough to obtain a TRV. No, not impossible but u'd need to demonstrate very strong grounds for it.

Hi.. I was after **spam** Regarding the Decision Made Online.....!!!!
In the end i my self Call the Head Office India and they said your file is closed in CHC LONDON.......I ask them what date u get this letter.. they said 7th april and their regional office is in Sharjah.....!!! and i running after them for 4-5 days i get to know by myself and yesterday was 27th i ask them already 20 days has passed you get this letter..... and there is no update 2 us regarding this.... then again i call their sharjah office they said as soon as we get the letter from CHC we wil update you and we will re appeal 2 open the case...... I don't trust them anymore...  please kindly suggest me what to do regarding re appeal?? where should i write the letter because my consultant was doing on behalf of us and from here i can well imagine that they get my letter on 7th april and till yesterday there was no update in their regional office!!!!!........ Plz suggest me something and the address where we send our complete documents in CHC london should i write them?? for reconsidering?? as according 2 my consultant my file is close not rejected so they have 100% chances 2 re open the file!!!
