Dear Qorax,
Previous year I applied to UBC and SFU but the applications were unsuccessful due to low average.
So I am thinking about a consultant so that he can help me to apply to a university that considers work experience rather than grades average.

@ redz , No need to send PCC with the initial application but send all other documents as per check list, the visa office will ask forPCC at the later stage.
Yes you can show both accounts for your funds.

Is it easy for Indian national to get a transit visa in UK.I am doing my landing in July and planning to get out of airport for a few hours in London.Seniors please advice.

No, if ur holding a Indian Passport ur not eligible for a visa on arrival in UK. u need to apply for a tourist visa from ur place of residence. i also stayed 7 days in London on my way to Canada. but took the visa from Dubai itself. Biju |

Alhamdulillah, I have received my PPs with the immigrant visas and COPRs today. Aramex delivered them to me this morning.
The issuance date for the visas is 3rd April and they are valid up until 14th January 2013. It took us three years to reach here and I cannot think of any day when we didn't pray to get our visas. The feeling of joy, happiness, and excitement cannot be described in words.
Journey doesn't end here as I understand there is a lot to deal with in future when it comes to settlement in Canada, but where there is a will there is a way. Insha'Allah Allah will help all of us in fulfilling our dreams.

Hi All, Just to bring my old question into light again  A few of my friends who had applied to canada pre-fast track have recevied a letter from canadian imm offering them to apply to Ontario Pilot program... The letter says that it's the person choice to apply on this track. DO anyone know how will it affect the overall immigration process..? or anyone on this forum had recvd the similar communication from Cand Imm? |

hi sir qorax, Please help me on this one. My Ecas status is "In Process" already,I applied together with my husband last 2010 March. I got pregnant and gave birth last May 2011. I understand that I have to update my profile as to having a child for him to be included in our application. According to our consultant since we will add our son to our application we will be required to provide additional proof of funds in our acct for addtl family member. (my son) problem is it will be difficult for us to produce such amount of money for now. Now my question is, is it possible to just update my profile as to having a child but not add him to our application just not to produce addtl funds anyway my husband and I decided to leave him to our parents temporarily if in gods willing time we land to canada for us to adjust and become stable since we dont know yet how things go in canda and it' s difficult to bring a baby if we are still in d adjustment peRiod. (i hope u got my point) we will just get him once we are stable already. Will it be a problem in the future? And if in case I will add him now,do you think it will delay the processing of our papers? What to you think is the best thing to do? Thank you very much and I hope You'll help me on this querie.  hi My suggestion is - this idea is not good. u have to add ur child in the application now and after u finish all procedures u can leave him with ur parents. so that in later stage he can join with u both anytime. try updating the file by sending new IM0008 form and Add. Family info forms. plus processing fee of CAD 150. sometimes the VO wont ask for additional POF. (but its always safe if u can show CAD 17011 instead wht u have shown now CAD 13837) Good luck and God bless Biju |
