Those who could not make it for various (not so convincing Angry or genuine Sad) reasons like Sattar Bhai, Sharma-ji, Arman Bhai, Sohail Bhai, Balram Bhai, Vikram Bhai, Teacherji, Ali Adnan, and others were missed surely. Nevertheless, they must present them in the next meet, with written explanations; else their membership is liable to be annulled. Cool Roll Eyes Wink NO NO, just kidding. But hope everyone got the message?

Best Wishes,

Bestpal

Hi qorax,
I got a letter dated 26th october which mentioned my file number and..., my online status is In Process and says: we have received your application on 29th July.
As I understood from the forum, the next step is Med. Req. which might happened 4 month after 26th october.
My question is; some people in forum has got message stated File Transfer date to VO, when you think Ill get this message? (I applied through the agency in Abu Dhabi)
I used to check my application status everyday through CHC website, but is it useful? meaning the changes will be appeard, updated, on website or they will inform the agency directly? What will be the next status?
Please reply to my queries,
Thanks a lot,

Greetings to all,

I have sent my application to CIO Sydney, with my fingers crossed,as i had applied for FSW in 2006 and my case was rejected becuz of low points got,65,but now since i got married and my wife got a diploma hope my points will increase but i was shocked with the big changes in the new list of jobs that cab apply for category 1 of FSW, anyhow, I got a bachelor degree in Electrical engineering majoring in electronics and worked 3 years as electronic technician and 1 year as electrical engineer then 4 years as INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN on a drilling rig, i have choosed INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN as my first choice of assessment against the listed NOC 7242 industrial electrician ,my inquiry is that my job title is not same as industrial electrical job titles listed on the CIC website, and my job description focuses mainly on dealing with electronic and control systems repairs and maintenance.....do i stand a chance to qualify under the NOC 7242 industrial electrician ,

one more inquiry , i sent my application by courier service but by mistake wrote down the address given for regular mail address by the CIO would that affect my application or delay.

best regards.

Note: I live in Abu dhabi, the processing office is in London, wish I joined this group earlier, certainly there are slot of good experiences to learn from each other.

U'd get that soon. However, it is of no consequence - as long as u r 'in process' - u r good.

The designation is of no importance. As long as u have [& demonstrated] 75% of the duties of the applied NOC - u r good.
