thanks for sharing this info biju... but now the quota is more means they need to process more visas in 2012. Why and how will it affect pre-june apps?

from the total quota a fixed number will be allotted to different categories = FSW pre june 2010, new applicants , SAP applicants etc . so we can expect the movement for sure.

All doc need to be send via Post only. u can send doc after the visa stamp from the new company coz u need to send the new visa copy too.

we have got our passports back with visa today morning.

                                         hope you all will be fine, its been 13th day now chc london recevied my pp
                                         i want to take advise from biju and all senior members that , if i would not
                                         hear somthing from chc london , up to 25 days of receving the pp, than shell i inform my
                                         cuurrent situation , you guys know , my situation , or shell i wait up to 45 days complete
                                         and then inform tham my current situation as im on 30 days visit visa on dubai , and it
                                         it is a paper electronic visa , with only one time renewable for 40 days more ,
                                         as i have a purpose of stay in dubai is only to sent passport to chc london , and recevie it
                                         back , as according to pakistani rules i couln,t maneged to sent from pakistan to chc london .
                                         plz............ advise thanks.

wait for 25 days and in between check the ecase status. if it shows "Decision made" then it means ur visa has been stamped.

To your query:
Usually within 4-6 weeks our pps return from CHC-London. However, it might not hold good for everyone... what with the security checks taking a toll sometimes after checking the 'original' pps! That happens with a few.

As intimated to u earlier, if u get it in time - that'd be wonderful. Else, u might need to exit UAE & reEnter once again [with another V/Visa]... this is something u should be prepared for, given your situation.

The category [FC, BC, FSW etc.] u had applied is immaterial... the procedure remain the same after the pps reach them.

We pray that u do get it in time!

As i have 30 days extedable visa , The sponser tourist compnies in The UAE they can arrange to extend the tourist visa
without a passport,they just need a visa number . thats it .you applicant just need to pay the fee for that about 1050 UAE dhs .
so you mean that ,i just wait .......... hopefully it would be within a month isnt it thanks

Hi, for extending the visit visa also you need ORIGINAL passport.
You can confirm this with the tourist company too.

So we all pray that your PPs are back within 30 days.
