and picerian yes they issue visas at london office every thursday 2-3 pm there is a que for collecting and submitting passports.

i sent my updated document to london office last week and just saw my updated address online. seems like they recieved it and updated so quick.
does anyone knows how much time does it take after 2nd AOR. i received my 2nd AOR 2 months ago and updated them about my new job in Dubai now.

My friend is landing next month in Toronto and intends to settle his family. He will finally moves from UAE within a year or two.
Quick question is regarding opening of Bank Account. Any advise which bank and / or account type is convenient under his situation. Keeping in mind he is carrying cash with him and will deposit money in Canada Account. I already heard about high banking cost in Canada (compared to UAE).

thanks to ever one and congrates to jaffer i am also sharing the same feeling u have really god is great
abt bank account i just checked with HSBC mumbai they told me that i can open a bank account in HSBC from mumbai itself and can transfer funds max 200000american dollars per year.
regarding cash u can carry 5000 american dollars from india in cash and 10000 dollar worth travellers check
