hello every body, thank for your replies guy s ,
                          i want to ask a question ? regarding passport submission , to london i am from pakistan and
                          i hed applay from canada high commission london , when i was there,,,, . now my visa has been
                          finesh for uk and i have come back in pakistan,i have recive ppr from chc london,
                         now after get advis e from you guys , i am coming to dubai next week, ................

                         There is a one confeusion , that my current mailing address is in london , which is my uncle,s address
                         in london which i gave chc london when i was coming from london to pakistan, when after some days
                         i would sent my passport fgrom dubai to chc london , would i able to collect my passport from aramex
                         in dubai ,,, or chc london would sent my passport to my uncle,s mailing address which is in london.
                         
                         i have got two choices  ( 1 )  ask the canada high commission london by e mail before sent my passport

                         ( 2 )  or sent letter regarding my current mailing address ,along the passport to chc london , and they would
                                 understand.

there is a easy way to clear ur probs  

come to dubai , send ur passport to ur uncle in London with an authorization letter to collect the PP after visa stamp.
ur uncle can submit in person every Thursday between 1-2pm directly to CHC.
even though CHC will inform ur uncle to come after 2 weeks, he can go the very next Thursday to collect the PP and for sure he will get.
so u will be getting ur PP back in dubai in 10-11 days maxx

I do not suggest sending your passports from Dubai. God forbidden delay (which can be for any reason and could last for months) will cause big time legal issues for you being a mere visitor to UAE. I suggest you to contact CHC ISB. They will arrange everything as there already is a procedure in place for visa stamping / passport submission due to restraint u mentioned in your post.

Do not take decisions in rush. Keep a cool head and than take step. You are very near to your destination

Hi Guys,
So this the Day for which I waited for soooo long. well at last I hold my passport with the Canadian Immigrant visa stamped on it.!!!!!! Finding it so hard to believe its REAL!!!!! Thank God....
Here end an important phase of the journey to the dream and start another.
I just collected my passport today from the DHL Counter at Airport Terminal II.. (thank you "Vink" for taking the pain for me much appreciated brother.)

My visa was stamped on 19th Oct 2011
E-case still shows in Process (Your application was reviewed and we started processing on June 2, 2010)

                                                        the two step passport request system from islamabad is for slikkls worker class,
                                                        butt my class is femily class , i know that they r doing this only for skills class,
                                                        i had asked from chc london durring i was coming back to pakistan about this
                                                        they replied me that , your file is being is processd in london , therefor your visa
                                                        only can be issu fro chc london , thats why i am for dubai option , and i have
                                                        a question from you ? that do you think that i still need to spesk with them after thair answer???

he wants his son who is abt 16 years to travel with him and rest later. wht he should do. either he will pay only for his son and for other later on he will start process or he will have pay for all.

Hi msaleem2216, I'm sure the seniors will be able to advise you better but I believe he has to pay for all family members who are a part of his application. If he has not applied for the PR status of his existing family members already then they will not be granted PR now. Once he gets his PR, he will then have to sponsor them and that takes quite a bit of time.

The he would definitely need to pay for all the family members now. They can land later on if required, as long as it is within the validity period of the PR visa (either 6 months from date of issue or completion of one year after medicals, whichever is sooner).
