Dear Friends,  Lets put faces to the ID's we see in the forum(new members) and share our Thoughts & Experiences... As our Great Captain Qorax, said...........
Firstly, it will help us to sail through this long agonising waiting period. Secondly, thru networking we can help each other on info sharing and act as morale boosters. Thirdly, we'll expand our 'Friends-Circle', both here as well as post landing.
Around 28 of us in UAE, are already in touch with each other. Some are already become PR, some just applied, some are waiting for their Meds while some are waiting for their PPRs.  Captain (Qorax) will also be present in the get together to guide us...Let's expand the network... Those who are interested can join us ....... The GREAT GETTOGETHER is planned on:
-Date : 07 OCT 2011 Friday
-Time : 10.00 am
-Venue : Mc Donalds Al Bustan Center ( Al Qusais - Dubai ) between Lulu Hypermarket and Union Co op , Al Qusais
-Agenda : Casual / informal meet......
-Cost : Free [though there'd be 'self-paid' Sandwiches and Coffee ; Avg. Dhs.15-18/per head ] The doors are open for all. families & kids are also Most Welcome.......

Hi Biju;
Can we just go to an open area where people can talk freely without disturbing the surrounding, I suggest Madinat Jumeirah, it's a nice view and open area with many kind of coffee shops and even kids will really love it, just a suggestion....... My concerne is if we are many people and we stay in a closed place we will be disturbing the other people around us and besides the weather is nice nowadays and we can enjoy more.......... Wating for you reply Mr Biju..

hi buddy its a very good suggestion, last jan and april meets were arranged in Safa park and in Mamzar park . but this time i am afraid whether we can arrange in open air , coz the weather is not so pleasant.  secondly in this place i have requested the manager in Mc Donald's to provide us the party space, which thy normally doesn't provide on friday mornings. but most probably she will provide us tht space. then i think we wont be disturbing others. plus this venue is easy for both living in Dubai and Shj as its very close for both. so let us have this meet in Al Qusais indoor and our next meet an outdoor one. We should arrange the gatherings in close intervals. See u all buddy rgds Biju |

THANK U VERY MUCH BIJI FOR UR INFORMATION, TO BUSTAN HOTEL GREEN LINE METRO IS THERE, THE STATION NAME IS AL NAHADA ,JUST INFRONT OF THE ST WE CAN SEEMC DONALDS , BUT METRO CLOSE FRIDAY MORNING UP TO 2PM, I THINK AFTER 2PM NICE

buddy rgd time change , whn i gave the suggession i got the answers from most of our circle friends tht it will clash with the prayer time and lunch. in addition evenings everybody have personal engagements like shopping, house visits etc etc. so this moring time will not distb any of those. the only minus point is u need to wake up little early than the normal Fridays biju |
