Dubai - Al Fardan Exchange DD encashment

Hi Saki,

I told them falsely that DD is encashed on 6th Aug-10. As they were not taking my complaint and further details. After giving false date, they took all my details and sent a complaint to CIC and asked me to wait till 0 days.

My concern is should I wait or sent new application with old applications details.

Wait for there reply atleast for next week, your NOC is 1111 which is not in list anymore so you wont be able to apply again so try to solve this with your current application because there is no other way if they return your application this time they wont give you a chance to reapply as NOC is removed from the list  unles you qualify for any other NOC in the current list.

Finally Al Fardan Exchange called again and told that my DD is encashed on 12th Aug-10. Earlier they told that it was not encashed which made me nervous.

Sorry to toruble you for same.

Do I need to inform the CIC Customer Service that my date of encashment is 12th Aug-10 & not 6th Aug-10.

Anyway my complaint is in pipeline from their side.

Thats good to hear, wait and see what they answer to your first query and i am sure they will find out that it was actually 12th Aug and will also tell you its 12 not 6 and may also tell you how much time it will take for AOR .

But in short its good that DD is encashed means sooner or later you will receive your AOR.
