dual applications- need advise

Hello to everybody especially to the senior members here, I am just so concerned about my case so I post this message to ask help.

I have just been accepted by Quebec immigration but since the processing time is very time consuming of up to almost 6 years, I decided to apply as caregiver while my PR will be on progress. Here are my questions:

1. I am going to apply as live-in caregiver this month and permanent resident under Quebec-selected, will my live-in caregiver application in any way affect my PR application most especially its destined for Quebec?

2. Are visa officers who handle categories different or just the same? I mean if there are different set of visa officers for students, live-in caregiver, temporary worker, permanent residence, etc.
