Dear All,

I am posting this question on behalf of my friend who is preparing his FSW application.

My friend was stopped by the UK police few months ago and was found to have an expired international driving license (which he thought was still valid), he was taken to court and was convicted. It was not anything serious, he was just asked not to drive until he gets a UK driving license, which he now has after passing the necessary exams and is driving his car legally in the UK.

The question at hand now is: when he applies for a UK police certificate will this incident show in his certificate? and if that is the case what impact does this kind of offense has on his FSW application?

I would be most thankful from anyone who has any experience or feedback on this.

Many thanks to you all.

The FSW application will not be affected negatively as the offence is not of Criminal nature.
PCC should be ok from UK.
