Hi

1.  Australian DL is not exchangeable in Ontario.
2.  If you can prove 2 years or more driving experience, then you can take the G1 road test, and if you pass take the G2 test, and if you pass you will be issued a G license.
3.  The information you need is here: http://www.drivetest.ca/en/license/OutOfCountryDrivers.aspx

Hi all I have a question re driving licenses in Canada. I have a UK license which I exchanged for my irish license. I have not driven in the Uk as I didn't need to so my proof of driving experience would be from my irish license- would this be an issue- should I change my uk for and irish? very confused

It depends on which province you are going to but all in all, it is better to have a UK license than an Irish license because more provinces have exchange agreements with the UK than with Ireland.
