drivers in saudi who wish to apply in canada

hellloo...i have friends who work in saudi for more than 13 yrs..are they qualified to apply in canada as skilled?..or can apply for work permit?pls...share what u know...god bless,,

Cant speak for the other provinces,but truck drivers qualify to immigrate under BC PNP
