If they have widhrwan the draft does it mean that our first approval before edical is done?
I have got my file number and they have widhdrawn the draft already.
Please Advice !

No..it has nothing to do with it. First they check if you sent all the required documents and cash out your draft(if they notice something missing they send the whole thing back as incomplete- that's not a ner). Then your app is eligible for review,they check it,calculate your points and check your noc. Then they decide for per or ner. If per they will forward your app to the VO. If ner they will issue a new check and send it back to you -takes 1-2 months to receive it- and send some of your documents back -that takes much longer to receive.
Don't worry just yet. Many applicants got big delays of receiving a per with no apparent reason. Some people from 2010 got their per just recently. Wonder why the CIC works in such confusing, unpredictable way.

Actually i sent my file on 24th nov 2010 they cleared my draft on 9th Dec 2010,
i was able to see cis-o eleg. review completed and in last week it came as a DEcesion made suddenly without medical so i am worried.
Please help if u know more !

Dear...Apparently, it seems that DECISION MADE BEFORE MEDICAL is the rejection of your application..god forbidden. I m not giving you the final word but probability is very high. Wait for formal correspondence from CHC. This has happened in so many cases. Somewhere it turned out to be system error but in most cases, it was true.
