I have applied under noc 3131 .My application was received on 10th november 2011.but i havent received first aor and i have contacted my bank my fee draft is still not presented to bank,what is the normal time for draft encahment?
based on the normal trend (on spreadsheet data), bank draft encashment is about 1-2 weeks before the arrival of PER. The issuance of PER notice is about 90 days on average after your application was received by CIC. Maybe on the first week of February 2012, it will come.
