If this was entirely in English and not in all-caps, you might get a better response.
For what it's worth, the doctor doesn't forward (send) any report to the embassy directly. They are to submit their report to CIC's Medical division in Ottawa (Ontario, Canada), who then evaluates it and forwards the results to the individual visa offices. Many people have had experiences where CIC in Ottawa hasn't forwarded the results to the embassy processing the visa, and it must be specifically requested.
You should consider contacting CIC's medical division to have the results forwarded -- if they have no record of the results, either they lost them (probable) or the doctor didn't submit them (possible).

Re-read my response -- I understand you're upset, but it may not be her fault.
She does NOT give the embassy anything. As a DMP, she sends her exam information to OTTAWA, who then forwards it (usually) to the right embassy.
She may have done her part completely and perfectly well, but CIC in Ottawa hasn't forwarded it to Manilla.

Cool, I didn't know about this. All along, I thought it would be sent directly to the Visa office Now that explains why we have to write which visa office should it be forwarded in the Appendix C

I know that, because this issue has been discussed at length in other areas of this forum. The process for the medical exam results is this: 1. you are examined by a DMP 2. DMP completes the forms and sends them to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Medical Division in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada 3. CIC Medical Division evaluates the forms and assigns a result code. 4. CIC Medical Division sends this result code to the Visa Office (Embassy) named on your medical forms. 5. Visa Office adds the result code to your immigration file. I *believe* this is done to ensure confidentiality. The visa officer will have no specific knowledge of your condition(s), just what class your results put you in. It also minimises the number of people that could potentially see your medical results.

Actually, if the medical was done somewhere other than North America, the designated regional medical centre may not be Ottawa. Different medical centres handle medicals for different regions. According to CIC's webpage for Appendix I of the DMP handbook, there is a specific centre in the Manila area, which is listed as a Canadian embassy: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/dmp-handbook/appendix-01.aspManila Overseas health Management Services The Canadian Embassy Level 7 Tower 2 RCBC Plaza 6819 Ayal Avenue, Makati City 0707, Philippines Fax: +632 843 1103

I wonder if the results go from that address you mentioned above to the CIC in Ottawa, but are transferred via diplomatic post so as to get there more quickly... or if they do the evaluation themselves. Somehow, I suspect they are two different offices in the same building with people that don't talk to each other often... at the very least.

No, the medical is assessed at the Regional Medical Centre, it is not sent to Ottawa for assessment.

THANK YOU MY EX SPOUSE ALREADY SIGNED THE FORM/CONSENT TO TRAVEL FOR MY CHILD WITNESSED BY LAWYER AND THAT DAY TOO THEY FPRWARDED IT TO MANILA EMBASSY DROP BOX. WHATS THE NEXT STEP AFTER?? IM JUST WAITING FOR THE RELEASE OF MY CERTIFICATE OF DIVORCE MAYBE THEY WILL STILL WAIT FOR THAT CERTIFICATION BEFORE THEY COULD RELEASE THE VISA.
MY MOM WILL ACCOMPANY MY SON TO TRAVEL HERE BECAUSE I HAVE WORK , I CAN'T FETCH HIM. NOW, MY QUESTION IS: MY MOM ALREADY COME HERE IN TORONTO CANADA 2 TIMES ALREADY. DO YOU THINK SHE WILL STILL HAVE HER INTERVIEW? SHE IS 62 YEARS OLD AND STILL STRONG ( LOOKS 52 ONLY ). DO WE NEED TO SHOW THE EMBASSY THE CONSENT TO TRAVEL INDICATING THAT SHE WILL BE THE ONE TO ACCOMPANY MY SON HERE? IS THAT FOR SURE THAT THEY WILL GRANT HER A TOURIST VISA BECAUSE AFTER ALL SHE ALREADY HAD 2 VISIT VISA IN CANADA YEAR 1996 AND 2001 AND SHE COME BACK TO PHILIPPINES AFTER 2 MONTHS. THANK YOU

hi. i want to say sorry to Dr. camille sanchezx timbol for posting negative comments to her office, i hope she will understand that i am just confuse and i really dont know what to do because its been 4 years already. Now we talked to her and i am deeply sorry for whatever I did. I am grateful for her for allowing me to share my thoughts here, but I'm very wrong to accuse her with negative impression regarding her office.
Sorry for this - I didn't meant to. Sorry for all the trouble that i may have cause you. may God bless you. i just want my son to be with me and Iam sorry for that. Now its okay and everything is good. It was my ex husband who makes things complicated because he didnt follow the required instruction. I am very sorry dr. camille sanchez timbol... sorry for the mistake.
thank you and god speed!!
