doubts about experience and qualification required for pr application

dear friends,

i got 4+ years experience as a Cook in india but got ceritificate 3 in Food processing, retail baking from australia.

out of my 4 years experience in india. 1 year experience is before even i passed senior secondary.

i passed senior secondary as a private candidate ,  i worked for another 3 full years after senior secondary and came to australia as a bakery student.

havent got any expereince in australia because been working as a cook in a private restaurant with cash in hand.

main doubts are:

1. experience as a cook but study in baking.
2. one year full time experience before senior secondary ( will it count ? )

am i eligible to apply under point system or not, even if not i better wait for new rules, i heard there will be more points for first language.

i will be happy to know your views. thanks for reading.
