I got married in India with my Canadian PR boyfren. have marriage certifcate frm here. Since I am applying for immigration in inland category, do I have to register my marriage under Canadian law once i land in Canada. or can I just submit my Indian marriage certificate in the documentation?

Marriage certificate which is considered a  legal document in the country where marriage took place is a valid document. You do not need to register you marriage in Canada for the sake of immigration.
