Hi,

I am planning to take a demand draft for 'Proof of funds'. Is it ok if i take the DD in my local currency or shld i take it in CAD ?

if u r taking it with u to canada, thn i think it must be in CAD. but wait till a senior advises on thesubject.

i think it should be in CAD dollar as you have to deposit it in Canadian bank after opening account
