Doubt in IMM 0008 Generic application

Dear Folks,
I am applying for PR under federal skilled category. I am little bit confused regarding the "Details of Family Members" section in page 2.

I have added my wife, dad and mom's name under family member. However, for my dad and mom i have ticked "No" for accompanay to canada.
  1. Do still my dad and mom are included in the fee?
  2. In the application (IMM0008): there is a question: "Howmany family members (Including yourself ) are included in this application for permanent residence in canada?
       Do I have to put "4" (Me, wife, dad and mom)? or just 2 (Me and my wife)?

Any reply from the experts will be greatly appreciated. Thank u

1.  You really should read the instructions.
2.  The only people that you list  on the IMM 008 are your wife and children.
3.  Your parents and you wife's parents and siblings are list on each of your IMM 5406.
4.  So there would only be 2 on the application.
