Doubt in Arranged employement

Dear All,
I am working in a multinational company and we have overseas branch in Canada as well. I am working as a Financial Analyst and as you know the Financial Analyst category is not opened for this year NOC. I would like to immigrate to Canada via Arranged Employment and my Canada office is ready to give me the offer letter as well. I was wondering the step by step formalities to be covered for the arranged employment. I heard that there are some procedures for AEO etc.... but I am not sure about that all.
I would like to know the step by step procedures to be done for the arranged employment. If possible can anyone provide the details to complete the Arranged employment immigration.
Thank you all.
