don't know my file #

hello guys,

i need help , i'm applying as a skilled worker 0213 IT Project Manager:

• i've submitted my application last year through a representative, they told me that i got the file # but they didn't give it to me since OCT2010, is there any way i can know my file #?
• is it possible to submit a new application? is there a time i should wait if i couldn't recover my file #?
• is my occupation is still considered to be a skilled worker in Canadian immigration?
