hi,

i am currently applying for the common-law spouse with my canadian boyf. We had hoped to get the application sent off in early october but due to reasons i wont bore anyone with, we wont get it sent off now until November. The problem is before we knew of the delay i had already done my medical in september. I know it has a 12mths expiry but what im worried about is that the doctors office will have sent the details of my medical to the london office. But the london office wont have received anything else about our application, so theyre probably wondering who the hell i am.
Is this a problem or will they just hold onto my medical results until they receive the application?

thanks:)

Not a problem at all. The medical always arrives before the sponsorship application. In our case, my husband did his medical in June but then we didn't submit our application til September when I was back in Canada and it wasn't a problem.
