done additional signature on additional family information form

Dear all seniors,
Plz help,
I have done additional signature on additional family information form, on question of spouse, I have spouse but I have done signature in hurry and overlook the note about signature that if u don't have spouse then do signature, but i done signature in hasty.
i sent package just two days ago.
wat will happen?
plz help

Did you provide them marriage certificate with application ? What about form filled by your spouse ?

Did she signed ?

no worries because when you filled the forms you must have filled spouse details that you do have a spouse and must have provided marriage certificates / photos.

such minor mistakes are not considered even in worst case if there is an issue they will write to you but i don't think that will happen

I think, on a safer side you should resend that form with a correction and a covering letter. In a covering letter do not forget to write your full name, date of birth, and your country of origin. Since file number is not yet alloted, CIC can look for your file with those details in their system.

I have sent them every proof regarding marriage like, marriage certificate, wedding photographs and other supporting documents.
I also filled out every field regarding spouse data correcttly.
but i have done same mistake with my spouse's additional family information form.
shall i sent them a letter with explaination or ignore it, or resend new additional family information form?

I advise you to write cover letter & resend them form with correction.
