I just wanted to kno..

I applied for PR from CHC ND and now I am in Canada.

If I do the medicals here , does the DMP take care of sending the results to CHC ND.

IF I do the medicals on the 44th day (45 days deadline) and DMP might send the results later, will that be still considered as compliance to the 45 days deadline from my side.

Please throw your thoughts....

should not be an issue even they send it to their regional office i.e. Ottawa... you can also discuss with DMP.

1. Not a problem. As opined by ainpfamily - u can take your meds anywhere. It'd usually be sent to the RO, nonetheless it'd still be available online to your VO. It doesn't matter.

2. The day u take the tests, it should be before the deadline... When it reaches the CIC isn't of any consequence. However, it's important that u send it asap - for beating the delay in case processing.

Thanks Qorax and ainpfamily.

I have another question.

1) I have stayed now more than 6 months in canada after submission of full docs to CHC ND.
Is is better to get the PCC from here and keep it ready or CHC will never ask as its Canada.

2) While submitting the passport what all I can submit to ask for early return of passport as I have to come back to work here asap. - will CHC consider the request and return early or they will take their own time.

1. Obtaining the PCC earlier may be good, as well as may prove unwise -- if they ask u late it might get time-barred.
2. There's no way to ask CHC to speed-up sending back* your 'stamped' pps.

*It's always wise not to ask them too -- they might just send it back 'unstamped'.
