Quick question guys,

One of the factors that gives points is work experience, does that have to be in Canada, or anywhere in the world, like from the country that one is emigrating from?

No, it doesn't have to be in Canada. You will need to provide proper documents to prove your work experience though.

Hi Maax, the years you have been working are the ones that counts no matter where (of course if you have worked in canada much better) it will help you to find job once you are in Canada because of the canadian experience.

good luck

You will need to give documentation from the companies or organisations you did unpaid or paid jobs in.  It doesnt matter whether in other countries as situations keep changing i.e. going abroad to study etc. I am currently in londaaveon and had to use my africa company experience to gaing points as in uk i did not have enough adequate years of experience.

Hi Max

Your experience can be gained in any country, however I think if you have worked in Canda you get more points.

Good Luck
