Ok so I've been doing a little more research and I noticed alot of people who apply from the USA are asked to submit statewide background checks along with the nationwide ones. Well I luckily only lived in one state my entire life, so I only have one state to do the statewide check for and that's North Carolina. The only problem is that the statewide background checks are non-certified (although the county ones are certified which is odd), so I was wondering if this would be a problem. I don't want to send the background check in and be told it has to be certified. I also don't want to have to get three fingerprints taken so I can send them in for the two counties I lived in plus the FBI one. So if anyone knows anything about this, please help.
