Does job offer help my application faster?

Hi All,

I sent my full-application to Singapore office and received AOR from them. I graduated in December 2009 and am working in a post graduation work permit. When  I sent my full-application, I only mentioned that I am working as a part-time TA & RA in my department. However, I receive a full-time job offer today, should I inform them about this offer to make my application processed faster?
