I am due to travel out to Canada on a longer visit.
i wanna make sure i got proof of funds to support myself.

What do i need to include? just a statement?

And does it matter if it's in a foreign currency or
should they be translated into English?

hope somebody can help Smiley

It does not matter what currency but the bank certification should either be in French or English. Having a credit card also helps. You're worrying too much probably. You have a return ticket, you're from a country who does not need visa to enter Canada and hopefully, jobs in your country are not scarce so you won't be tempted to work in Canada.

If or when asked, tell the truth. Otherwise do not volunteer any information.
