My application was delivered to Mississauga offc 2 days ago.
Just wondering when will immigration dept. contact now? do thy send any confirmation of acceptance?

You won't hear from them until a decision is made on the sponsor's eligibility.  Currently that's taking about 40-45 days for the majority of sponsors.

rrv, we have a thread for people applying in July so you may want to join us there to keep track of each other's progress and discuss general issues with your application.

For starters, you can tell us when exactly was your application package received by CPC-M (proof of delivery, if by courier, Canada Post, etc.), and which Visa Office is the application filed under.
