Hi Folks
A friend of mine has 11 month old IELTS result report, expiring on April 19, 2009. He just has sent her application to CIU-Sydney. Her application will be given a file number before end of the March. It was valid at the time application. Will it be considered valid at the time of determination? In other words, does it lock like the age of applicants?
Cheers
