I sent my full docs on 30 june 2009 . I still have not recieved any AOR from High Commission. Do they send AOR in response to full application or they directly send medical request?

Usually they send AOR at first, Buffalo and new Delhi visa offices do that and i think all visa offices do the same.
I sent my full application to Buffalo on Sep 24 and received the AOR by email on Oct 21.

I applied from Islamabad CHC. It has been about 4 months after sending the full application and neither I got any email nor I got any new file no. . My e case status is still the same as it was at the time of initial application ( "in process ")

hassan09,

my local visa office is Islamabad. well, if your consultant says it isnt a fixed rule to always receive a second file number and AOR, then we can sit back and relax, and wait for things to happen. right?

sincere wishes...
