If your job duties match the NOC duties then you can. This NOC also requires post graduate education.

Tx..

My OH does have Masters in Bio-Tech and he does have managerial role in the health care/Pharma. But I need to know specifically about Clinical research( part of health care) If anyone has applied under this particular category.

I am in the same NOC. As far as i know if you supervise doctors and any healthcare facility and manage its affairs like budgeting, hiring and dealings with other organisations and media, you are eligible.

0311 has to manage some health care facility. Is your husband a medical graduate. Look at all the possible interpretations of the NOC, including 'mentioned elsewhere' NOC's. They might add to the scope.

Hi,

Even I am struggling to get a code for Clinical Data management. Could you let me know if you were able to get any? I checked 0311 it does not cover the job responsibilities for Clinical research personnel  Sad.

Can you mention your current job duties briefly and your title (Clincal research associate, site coordinator et.,). That will help determine if you are elgible or not
