Does CHC,London inform BFD by email?

Does CHC, London inform Bring Forward Date (BFD) by email? To my knowledge, it is possible to find out BFD by requesting CAIPS file. But if CHC inform the same by email which can save $40 as well as six weeks of waiting time.
Please share your experience.

I think you will find that B/F dates are for them, not you - obviously you can see the dates when you get your notes

No, they don't. You need to get your CAIPS.
