Does anyone receive AOR from Ottawa on Nov 16th WITHOUT Medical form ? I heard a lot of people transferred to Ottawa received AOR with Medical form together?

Does recieve AOR mean that all documents required has been screened? (I am a little worry about missing some documents).

On the AOR you received should state that if there is no attached medical forms, they will send you very soon.

No. They might ask for more documents at any point of processing. Wait until you receive Initial assessment letter that means all needed documents has been received.

The AOR didn't mention anythng about medical form.

I recieved kind of two AOR's e-mail so hang in there, it will be there soon. First one was from Buffalo and second one was from CPP-Ottawa with medical instructions and file transfer and it also said as title "ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECIEPT"

So, just wait couple of weeks. It will be there soon!

Hi,

I received an AOR on 16th Nov as well with no medical form or information attached to it. I am wondering why they only sent the AOR. MY case is also transferred to CPP-Ottawa and looks like everyone else is getting both AOR and medical request except a very few people including me Sad

i received my medical last september but i dont receive AOR from them,,,whats that mean?
