Hello to everyone. Does anyone hearing about this website- fakepassportsale.cc? I want to make some orders in future, but i'm not sure about their documents quality. Can i travel with Canadian fake passport, for example? Maybe someone has buying experience from this website? Waiting for your comments and suggestions. Thanks in advance.

There's a similar but older discussion on passport4sale.com.  Read that for details.

He has been around, two weeks past. We just don't know if he had used his "French passport" Smiley

The problem with a passport from a foreign country is that you might be expected to speak that language.  Imagine having to learn French, or even Australian  ( Grin  ) just for a two-week trip!!

why???

Why would anyone risk it??

If you get caught you go to jail and Canada will never ever let you in again.

And you will get caught, the IO at the Borders are not stupid.

So again, why?

Angelbrat:
I assume from your firm tone that you have factual data?  So far this theme has invited a lot of opinion and speculation (mine included) about what might or might not happen at the border. But I've never seen or heard of a fake passport-holder being arrested at a border, and I'd really appreciate it if you pointed me to some facts.

Thanks in advance.

Well I assumed that using a fake passport was a criminal offense and no I hadn't checked it, it was an assumption of mine only, sorry.

Are you implying that using a fake passport will not get you arrested?

I am confused here.

Thanks for the link. It does make factual one assertion: if one is caught using a fake or false passport, one goes to jail.

In asking for this proof,  I wasn't implying anything; I was wondering where you got your facts, since I hadn't seen anything concrete about jail terms.

However, the passport mentioned in the article wasn't a fake passport; it was a US passport issued legitimately by the US government, but  was in fact  false because it was issued to a man using a stolen identity. That is why (I guess) the passport was used successfully for so long, why it scanned properly at border crossings (until a suspicious border officer investigated the passport more thoroughly).

One interesting sidelight: the article mentioned that the original (stolen) identity belonged to a criminal, yet this fact was apparently not picked up as the fraudster using the false passport passed through various border controls.

This issue was raised originally by Willson, who wanted to know about fake passports. These are not the false passports mentioned by your article. These are passports not issued by a government, but rather fabricated by the seller, or perhaps they are blank official passports that were stolen, and the fraudulent passport holder's identity was added later.

I suspect that these latter, fake passports would not scan at a border crossing, but (again) I'll like to hear about actual experiences, not speculation (no matter how plausible).

Interesting court case, PMM.  Thanks for the link.

For those who don't want to read it, here's amy summary.

A person (the appellant in the court transcript)  tried to enter Canada using a fake French passport. He was stopped at the border, and a removal order was issued against him.  It does not say whether the removal order called for a trial and possible jail sentence. But “removal order” sounds like he was to be deported, nothing more.

He applied for refugee status, which was eventually granted, and therefore the original charge of using false documents was quashed.

What do we make of all this? What does this tell us about the consequences of using a fake passport, and getting caught?  I'm not sure.

I agree toby, the case was interesting but also left me with questions I wanted answers for.

Seems with a fake passport, there is no black ot white but very dark shades of grey.

Ponders.............

Today I finally got my order. In appearance, everything looks fine. I have long compared with an original passport of my friend and not found nuances. Tomorrow i will check it on the UV-scanner but I think that all the water signs properly formed, too.
