I need to visit my friend who lives in Canada. and  I am a Chinese citizen but I have a green card of US. my friend told me that I don't need to apply a Canada visa to enter Canada but she is not sure whether policy is changed after 9.11. could someone tell me whether I need to get a visa? thanks

If you have a valid green card, you don't need a visa.
