Does 2nd AOR have same B number and UCI number as first AOR

Dear Members,

           I submitted all the documents to ND VO on 27/01/11. I have received a letter from CHC, ND with same B number and UCI number as first AOR stating that my application package has been received by them. I need to know whether is that 2nd AOR or just a receipt letter for the application package received. Please give your suggestions.

I asked this same question to Qorax and he replied that there is no problem.  He said some CHC change file #, others do not.

As per the OP6, the CIC usually issues one number, or at max two. So you can use that number as your file number.
