documents with medicals ??

originally applied to buffalo. later they transferred to new york.

now received medicals request. the letter reads: please send in documents to new york office.

then it does not list any document but only medical request. it also states medical reports will be sent to ottawa.

so do i need to send any document again ? not sure which ones.

can u please advise?
