can any body tell me please where to get documents translated from hindi to english in delhi .

Do it your self. Translate it in english and get it certified from Notary Public. That is enough. But keep in mind whatever the documents you are going to translate that should be 100% matched  with translated copy and also should be in matched in line by line.

but these are marksheets and degree.beside this it should not be frm family members and person who does the translation has to give affidavit regarding its contents

Maybe the OP should read the instructions?

From Page 20.

"If the original certificate is not in English or French, submit both the certificate and the original copy of a translation prepared by an accredited translator."
