Documents to be sent, Please help seniors(suggestion will be highly appreciated)

I had sent my application on july 7th 2011 and have received my per and 2nd aor. My question is i just got my transcript in a university sealed envelope but i haven't been asked for it till now by new delhi visa office. Should i voluntarily send my transcript or wait for them to ask for it?

in my view, since you have got your PER, dont send them unless they ask........you should have sent it when you sent your original application though............sending documents at this stage might unnecessarily delay your timelines..............
