Documents submitted to London CHC .. Please Help !!

Hi, I have given my documents in January this year. I got a reply from Nova Scotia and they said I have to send the rest of my documents and that my file was going to be dispatched to the London Visa Office. I submitted my updated documents with IELTS etc on 21st of April 2009. Below are the messages I got when I checked with my file number on the internet
We received your application for permanent residence on January 22, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 28, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on June 29, 2009.

I have a few questions

1. How long does the review and process take after submitting the updated documents ?

2. When I get a reply now and if interview is waived will I get e request for medicals immediately or will I get a letter asking me to make the landing fee payment first and then the medical request letter ?
