Documents submiited Nov 2011 to buffalo

Hey guys, I am new to forums. I had my B# in September 2010, all documents submitted in November 2010, waiting for 2nd AOR, and my attorney told me today, that they got the email from the consulate saying that they had lost the file and I need to reply. My attorney told me that he had send them the inquiry and they will further investigate on my file.
Guys anyone who had similar case like mine. We just need to cached up with each other please.
Any solution; I am very mad on the Buffalo team, that how can they could be so irresponsible.

I am suffering from the same thing, but my attorney is not cooperative.  My attorney had send docs on October 2010 and done the inquiry on april 2011, but in this week came to know that they had misplaced my file, and its not their in their system. I am so worried, can we call to immigration directly, even if we had the attorney?
